First Target Batch
(Batch01) of Target Selection focused on three Gram-negative bacterial genera: Burkholderia, Brucella and RickettsiaWe used a modification of the standard bioinformatics pipeline to identify potential drug targets within these organisms; and selected 196 targets with similarity to sequences in the DrugBank database of know drug targets, as well as 13 orthologues of ftsZ.
