Second Target Batch
Batch02 of Target Selection focused on six bacterial genera: Burkholderia, Brucella, Rickettsia, Bartonella Borrelia, and Mycobacterium. We used a modification of the standard bioinformatics pipeline to search for orthologues of 42 manually selected known bacterial drug targets in these organisms; and have tentatively selected 143 targets.
