Third Target Batch
Batch03 of Target Selection will focus on nine genera of eukaryotic pathogens (Acanthamoeba, Babesia, Cryptosporidium, Cyclospora, Toxoplasma, Giardia, Entamoeba, Coccidioides, Encephalitozoon. We plan to use essentially same Target Selection Pipeline as Batch01 to identify proteins in these organisms with sequence similarity to known drug targets in the DrugBank database.
