Search for Specific Targets

Explore SSGCID data using Google Fusion Tables

  • to SEARCH: use "View" > "Filter"
  • to DOWNLOAD: use "File" > "Export"
  • to NAVIGATE: use the arrow in the header to scroll across the table; also, you may zoom out and refresh the webpage to see all columns at once

Fusion Tables Available

  • Target status
Find information about the current status of individual targets; search by organism name, annotation, SSGCID identifier, cross-references, status.
  • Structures
Find information about solved structures; search by organism name, annotation, SSGCID identifier, PDB identifier.
  • Clones available to order from BEIR
Clones available at the BEI Repository represent un-induced expression constructs which have been verified by sequencing in both directions from vector primers. Sequencing is performed directly on the double-stranded plasmid using the BigDye® Terminator v3.1 sequencing kit and the Applied Biosystems 3730XL Genetic Analyzer.
